The Southern Windsor County Regional Planning Commission (SWCRPC) invites firms to submit proposals for the removal of a small, concrete block dam located behind the West Windsor Volunteer Fire Department (WWVFD) in the Town of West Windsor, Village of Brownsville, VT. The SWCRPC has received multiple grants administered by the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources to conduct this work. Qualified applicants will have documented successful experience on similar projects. Proposals are due on Friday, November 10, 2017 at 4:00 pm.

Request for Proposals (RFP) – Town of Windsor – Demolition and Site Stabilization of Flood-Damaged Residential Property
The Town of Windsor is participating in the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program which provides funding to towns to purchase and demolish properties damaged in natural disasters. This is a federally-funded program administered by the State of Vermont Department of Public Safety. The Town of Windsor is seeking bids for the demolition, removal and disposal of all structures, and associated site rehabilitation, for the property at the below location: 6 Fitch Court, Windsor, VT 05089
A full RFP document, bid format forms and required submittal materials is on file at the Windsor Town Manager’s Office that may be inspected from 8:30 to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Thursday, and until Noon Fridays.
